<p>Unique and well constructed 3&nbsp;bedroom Pool Villa with an outstanding view of the Black Mountain West Golf Course. The house owner has 2-lifetime memberships to Black Mountain Golf Club, both included in the sales. A golf cart is also included in the price.</p>

<p>All rooms are fitted with air conditioning cassette system units installed in the ceiling, flat tv screens, high ceilings, large windows and blackout curtains.</p>

<p>The modern open plan kitchen with granite tops are equipped with a dishwasher, built-in oven, induction stove, coffee maker, fridge and wine fridge. Breakfast bar with stools.</p>

<p>Tastefully furnished, the living area opens directly on to the deck with the infinity pool. The pool has a shallow area for cooling off and it is an excellent place for the sunbeds.</p>
