The Managing Director of Perfect Property did mention the past value of this area in which all the real estate firms have already bought some lands 10 years ago, after they had seen that both the area of Rattanathibet road and Chaengwatthana road were almost fully occupied. The prosperity will be fluctuated from the Rama IV bridge to the area of Chaiyapruek road as a consequence to that. Furthermore, the new members like “Proud Real Estate” and “Central Pattana” will become such impactful players among all these 8 developers as well; right now they are just considering which types of accommodations and the prices they should focus on. Thus, we would literally see more of the interesting projects from them in the near future.
